1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or joining the DFIT Brotherhood ("DFIT Brotherhood," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the membership, content, or community.
2. What DFIT Brotherhood Is
DFIT Brotherhood is an educational membership and community for adult men. DFIT Brotherhood provides general health education, frameworks, live group calls, tools, and access to a private community. It is not a medical practice, coaching program, or one-on-one advisory service.
3. Membership & Billing
Membership is billed on a recurring basis at the current published rate unless cancelled. You may cancel anytime through your account or by contacting support. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with notice to active members.
4. No Medical or Individualized Advice
All content, live calls, and community discussions are for general educational purposes only. Nothing in DFIT Brotherhood constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or individualized recommendations. You are responsible for your own health decisions and should consult qualified healthcare professionals before making changes.
5. Community Conduct
Members are expected to participate respectfully. Harassment, hate speech, illegal activity, sourcing or selling controlled substances, medical misinformation, or attacks on other members will result in removal without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All DFIT Brotherhood content, materials, branding, and resources are owned by DiagoFit. Members receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or reproduce content without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DiagoFit and its team are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from your use of DFIT Brotherhood content or community. Your participation is at your own risk.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of DFIT Brotherhood after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
